Snatch Balance Practice @ 50kg

Bottom position is not solid. Getting too low in the deep squat. Hips were tight.

1 minute of DB Thrusters at 45lbs
1 minute of Box Jumps @ 20"
1 minute of Push Ups
1 minute of Double Unders
1 minute of Calorie Rows
*1 minute Rest
