Back Squat 5-5-5

Then,

75 Burpees for time.
*Each burpee terminates at target 1 foot above max reach.

Jonson. T : 5 mins 50 secs (65kg, 70kg, 80kg)

If I can hit my 1 rep max for 5 reps I am sure my one rep max can be much better than 80kg. I think I finally got the form right. I am going to break that 100kg mark soon =)
