Do 5 Minutes of Turkish Get Ups(alternating).

Then:-

Three
rounds for time of:
15 Front Squats @ 40kg/30kg
30 Push Ups
45 Double Unders

Total Time : 19 mins 53 seconds

My skipping rope broke on Round 3 rep 6 so I swapped to Tuck Jumps =(
